Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later than September 21, 2012. Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant.
